All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in Canada
Most orders will ship within 24-48 business hours and are sent out via the Canada Post.
Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number
Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Orders placed late Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
All orders over $200 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within CANADA

If we make a human error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged by the Shipping Service, please file a claim with your local post office. Then give us a call so we can send you any products that were damaged.
For hemp seed products that just don’t seem to taste or work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective? If you think your hemp seed products are not tasting or working the way they should, please call our Customer Service to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective. 250.462.5269
